Scope
This policy covers directors, workers, applicants, suppliers, subcontractors, customers and other people we deal with.
How we apply it
- Make work and supplier decisions on relevant, objective criteria.
- Do not discriminate because of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
- Make reasonable adjustments for disabled people where required.
- Use clear reporting routes and deal with concerns promptly and fairly.
- Ask suppliers and subcontractors to meet applicable equality law.
Reporting a concern
Concerns can be sent in confidence to sorellonltd@gmail.com. Retaliation against a person who raises a concern in good faith is not accepted.
Responsibility and review
The Director is responsible for implementation. The policy is reviewed annually and when relevant law or business arrangements change.
